PARENTS & TEENS LOCK-IN INFORMATION

The Studio 12 Huntsville December 30, 2011 New Years Teen Lock-in Party – Featuring: Music, Dancing, MW3 Tournament, Pool Tournaments, Movies, and More!!!

This is to officially let everyone (especially parents) know that there will be a Studio 12 all night Lock-in party this Friday night December 30, 2011, until Saturday morning at 7:30 am December 31, 2011. It’ll be a fun-filled (wholesome) night for everyone there!!! Because of this, STUDIO 12 WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY NIGHT (Paul will be extremely tired after dealing with SNOT NOSED TEENAGE KIDS ALL NIGHT - oh, I'm sorry - WELL BEHAVED, MOST DELIGHTFUL AND WONDERFUL KIDS ALL NIGHT!!!) LOL!!!

1). THE EVENT - Parents will drop their Teens off at Studio 12 (1024 12th Street - directly across from the Old Town Theater) during normal club hours on Friday night. Then, after 11:30 pm (normal closing time) the doors will be locked and WATCHED for the remainder of the night until parents either arrive to pick up their kids, or 7:30 am Saturday morning - whichever comes first.

2). PERMISSION FORMS - Permission slips are available at: http://Studio12.com/Parent_Permission_Form.htm to be signed by parents. If you don’t have access to the internet, these forms (which MUST be signed by a parent or guardian) will be available at Studio 12 on Friday when parents drop off their Teens. NOTICE: Each Teen MUST have this permission form signed by a parent or guardian!!!

3). CHAPERONES – There will be several adult club management chaperones on rotational watch throughout the night. Additionally – parents who wish to simply come in at any point throughout the night are invited (and encouraged) to do so – we will welcome the company. ALSO – The Huntsville Police will be aware of this event so that part of downtown (1024 12th Street) will be more closely patrolled throughout the night.

4). COST – The cost for this event is: $10.00 which will cover the cost of breakfast. Additionally – there will be the usual drinks and snacks available (at the regular purchase price) throughout the night.

5). COMMUNICATION – Parents will be able to communicate with Studio 12 personnel at anytime throughout the night at: 936-662-9753 (Owner Paul Shiver's Cell Phone).
